If you are a Program that chooses to receive referrals through findhelp, you may want to share your program information so that Seekers can connect with you. Below are a few ways to share your program so that you can receive inquiries through findhelp!

Add a Link to your Website or Social Media Page

  1. Publish your Screener and view the confirmation page.
    • If you've already published your Screener, you can republish to view the confirmation page. You may also email us at community@findhelp.com and we can provide you with the link.
  2. On the confirmation page, locate the Link to Intake section.
  3. Copy the link.
  4. Paste the link in your desired location on website or post on social media 

Suggested Phrasing

"We have a new Screener tool! This will help us quickly gather enough information to determine if someone is eligible for our services! Click here to find out if your eligible -- [INSERT LINK HERE]"

 

Add a Button to your Website
