How it Works
The People I’m Helping Dashboard is a dashboard and search page where you see a list of people you have helped via:
To access the People I'm Helping Dashboard, from the main menu choose People I’m Helping > People.
From here, you will see a list of the people that you're helping and key information about them. Using the search, you can locate specific individuals by name or email address.
Once you have located the person you are helping, you may refer them to additional programs, or access their Seeker Profile to view or track updates for how you're helping that person.
Enterprise Customers, or Customers with Custom Seeker Profile Fields enabled, will have additional search, display, and filtering options.
Most of the columns on the People I'm Helping Dashboard are fields in the Seeker Profile. Enterprise Customers can request Custom Seeker Profile Fields to capture additional information. These fields can also be displayed as columns on the People I'm Helping Dashboard.
If you would like to display additional columns, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
