Group-Based Analytics
Tier: Basic, Professional, Enterprise
Group-based Analytics are automatically available for all Site Workers on a branded findhelp platform of their own (Customer Site).
Group-Based Analytics have the same metrics as the Site Analytics dashboards with the same name, but the data in the dashboards will only reflect their groups' searches, referrals, and assessments.
The data returned in these group-based dashboards will reflect the user's activity plus anyone that they share a group with. If no one is in their group, they will only see their own data.
Workers will have a My_Groups filter. This filter will contain all of the Customer-created groups that the Worker is a member of. The My_Groups filter will exclude the standard groups ('PII-Only Reporting Access', ‘Aggregate and PII Reporting Access', 'Aggregate-Only Reporting Access', 'Site Admin’).
Using your Analytics dashboards, you can glean key insights into search, referral, and assessment trends.
