Overview
Findhelp’s Dashboards provide both high-level and detailed views of your personal work, as well as analytics relating to program management, or site activity. Depending on your group or organization, you may have access to one of the following Analytics suites:
- Personal Analytics - available for all users and shows activities you've taken on the platform
- Program Analytics - for users that have claimed and manage their program on the platform
- Site Analytics - for customer users with their own branded sites

Personal Analytics
The My Activity Dashboard is available by default for all logged-in users and shows metrics for the activities you've taken on the site. You can access your Personal Analytics by logging into your account, and choosing "Search History" from your Account menu.
Program Analytics
Tier: Claimer
Program Analytics are available by default to all Claimers who have claimed a program on the platform. You can access your Program Analytics under the Program Tools menu.
NOTE: you will only see the Screener Dashboard or the Data Collection Forms Dashboard if you have those features enabled.
Site Analytics
Group-based Analytics
Group-based analytics are automatically assigned to all Site Workers. Site Workers can access their Site Analytics under the Site Tools menu.
