Feature Updates help you stay up-to-date with updates and new features on the platform. We publish Feature Updates every time there is a new feature or functionality on the platform.
You can view Feature Updates anytime by clicking on the link on the Help Center homepage, or you can sign up to receive Feature Updates in your inbox as they are published.
Signing Up for Feature Updates
To sign up to receive Feature Updates, follow these steps:
Option 1 (recommended)
Log in to findhelp.org or your Customer Site (not the Help Center).
Click Support to be logged in to the Help Center.
- NOTE: If you're logged in on findhelp, and click Support, you'll automatically be logged into the Help Center.
Click Feature Updates on the Help Center's homepage.
NOTE: This method only works for users of findhelp.org. If you typically use a Customer Site or Single Sign On (SSO), please use Option 1.
You may also log in directly from the Help Center:
Click Sign In This will take you to the findhelp.org login page where you can enter your credentials and be taken back to the Help Center.
- Click Feature Updates on the Help Center's homepage.
You can stop receiving Feature Updates at any time by following the same steps above, and clicking unfollow.
