Introduction to findhelp Analytics

Overview

Findhelp's analytics suites provide both high-level and detailed views of your social care network, community needs, and activity data.  In addition to tracking your impact, whether it be personal, programmatic, or site-wide, you can monitor key metrics such as users, searches, and connections to programs and use data and insights to make data-driven decisions.

The benefits of our Analytics Suites include:

  • Always Available, Updated Daily: Your analytics suites are always available on your site and are updated daily, meaning you don’t have to wait until the end of the month to gather key insights.
  • Filters and Data Ranges: You can change various filters and data ranges allowing you to slice and dice data in the ways you want.
  • Downloadable: Dashboards and reports are available to download as a CSV file if your team wants to further analyze the data.

A user’s role and organization determine which of the following analytics suites they have access to:

  • Personal Analytics - Available for all users and shows activities you've taken on the platform.
  • Program Analytics - For users that have claimed and manage their program on the platform.
  • Site Analytics - For customer users with their own site(s). Shows data across all of your site(s).
  • Group-Based Analytics - For customer users with their own site(s). Shows aggregate data of the group(s) the user is in.

Important

To access any of these Analytics Suites you must be logged into the site!

Personal Analytics

Availability: Available by default for all logged-in users

What is it?: A single dashboard that shows metrics for the activities that the individual user has taken on the site. Activities include categories and terms you searched and referrals you’ve made on behalf of someone.

Program Analytics

Availability: Available to program claimers

What is it?: A collection of several dashboards that reflect metrics for managing the program, such as how often people are interacting with your program, inbound referral requests, and reporting on Screeners (if one is set up).

Site Analytics

Availability: All Basic, Professional and Enterprise customers.

What is it?: A collection of several dashboards that provide both high-level and detailed views of data and activity that occurs on Customer site(s). Dashboards available in this analytics suite include:

Site Activity

  • Site Activity dashboard - Summary of adoption metrics on site(s), including users, sessions, searches, interactions, connections, referrals, and activities.
  • Search Activity dashboard - Search trends on site(s) to understand what users are searching for in general, in specific geographic areas, or within certain social care areas.
  • Flyout Activity dashboard (For Professional or Enterprise Customers, if feature is enabled) - Frequency of Flyout activity and how users are interacting with those flyouts.
  • Network Overview dashboard - Understand needs and usage for your greater community and network and compare users, searches, and connections on your site against your network.
  • Premium Insights dashboard (Add-on feature) - Executive dashboard to monitor regional traction and key data points across the full range of activity on your site(s).

Group-Based Analytics

Availability: To all Basic, Professional and Enterprise customers. These dashboards are automatically available to site users who have been added to a group or team on a customer’s site (i.e., Site Worker). 

What is it?: A collection of several dashboards that provide both high-level and detailed views of data and activity that occurs on the Customer site(s) for the groups that the user is in. These dashboards have the same metrics as the Site Analytics dashboards with the same name, but the data in the dashboards only reflects their groups’ data. Dashboards available in this analytics suite include:

  • Group-Based Assessment Activity - (For Enterprise customers, if feature is enabled) - Trends and areas of needs around Assessments submitted on site(s). The data is limited to the user's activity plus anyone that they share a group with.
  • Site Assessment Details (My Groups) - PII - (For Enterprise customers, if feature is enabled) - Detailed information on all Assessments submitted on site(s). The data is limited to the user's activity plus anyone that they share a group with.
  • Group-Based Referral Activity - Trends in referrals and referral status updates and what programs are receiving those referrals on site(s). The data is limited to the user's activity plus anyone that they share a group with.
  • Site Referral Details (My Groups) - PII - Detailed information on all referral and share activities on your site(s). The data is limited to the user's activity plus anyone that they share a group with.
  • Group-Based Search Activity - Search trends on your site(s) to understand what your users are searching for in general, in specific geographic areas, or within certain social care areas. The data is limited to the user's activity plus anyone that they share a group with.
