These dashboards have the same metrics as the Site Analytics dashboards with the same name, but the data in the dashboards only reflects their group’s data.

These dashboards are automatically available to site users who have been added to a group or team on a customer’s site (i.e., Site Worker).

Access Group-Based Analytics the same place you would access Site Analytics:

  1. Log into your site
  2. Click on Site Tools from the top toolbar and then select Site Analytics.

Troubleshooting

Why don’t I see Site Tools in the top toolbar?

The Site Tools menu is only visible if you are a site administrator, group manager, or have been provisioned access to site analytics. If one of these scenarios is true for you and you still do not see Site Tools in the top toolbar, confirm that you are logged into the site. If you are logged in, then work with your site administrator to ensure they have granted you the appropriate access. For more information on granting access to analytics access the How do I provide someone with access to analytics? article.

Why don’t I see My Program Tools in the top toolbar?

The My Programs Tools menu is only visible if you claimed a program, or have been added to a program team as an admin or worker.  If one of these scenarios is true for you and you still do not see My Programs Tools in the top toolbar, confirm that you are logged into the site. If you are logged in, then work with your program admin to ensure they added you to the program team. For more information on adding team members to programs, access the My Teams article.

I am on the Site Analytics page but cannot find a dashboard I am looking for.

If you cannot locate a specific dashboard that you believe you should have access to, first make sure you are logged into the site. If you have confirmed that you are logged into the site and still don’t see the dashboards you are looking for, work with your site administrator to ensure they have granted you the appropriate access. For more information on granting access to analytics access the How do I provide someone with access to analytics? article.
