How do I update a person’s profile if I know they received help?

Tier: Basic, Professional, Enterprise

Overview

After connecting an individual to a resource using the Connect button, the person who needs help, the person who made the referral, and in many cases, the program that received the referral have the ability to follow up and update the status of the referral.

The person who made the referral on behalf of an individual can view and update the status of that referral in the Profile of the individual looking for help.
