Findhelp’s dashboards provide both high-level and detailed views of your personal work, analytics relating to program management, and site activity. We make it easy to filter and download data and charts so that you and your team can further analyze your data, allowing you and your organization to make data-driven decisions.
All findhelp dashboards are filterable, allowing you to slice and dice data in the way you want. Learn more about specific filters in the Analytics Filters article.
To filter data in a dashboard:
1. Click on the white bar located at the top of any dashboard. This expands the filter view.
2. Click on the name of the specific filter you want to use to view all the filter options.
3. Select the filter options you want. Note: Some filters are hierarchical, meaning that a parent filter must be selected before the child filter opinions are visible. (e.g.,. Filter on a specific state to see that state’s county filter options.)
4. Once you have selected all your filter options, click Apply to apply those filters.
Downloading and Printing Data
The data from all charts and tables found in findhelp’s dashboards can easily be downloaded as a .CSV file if your team wants to perform further analysis.

You can only download the individual images and charts. You cannot download the entire dashboard. If you are interested in downloading or printing the entire dashboard view, we recommend using a screen capture tool.
