11.30.2022 - Customer SQL Updates
Based on customer feedback, today we updated our Customer SQL product to make it even easier to query and analyze your social care data.
We added new columns, updated an existing column, and filtered out unnecessary data from the user_activity table. For example, with our new contact_method column, you can view how each seeker was notified about a referral (e.g., email, text, phone, or do not contact).
These changes are retroactive and apply to past data as well as all future data.

What Is Our Customer SQL Product?
Customer SQL provides detailed and regularly-refreshed data about your findhelp site usage. For example, with Customer SQL you can view a table of all the referrals made to or from your organization and their various statuses over time. You can also write custom reports using standard database query tools, import raw findhelp data directly into your preferred analytics platform, and create integrations with other systems in your environment via bulk import.
