Program help people who come to them in all kinds of ways - by walking-in, via phone call, your social care platform, another form of referral, etc. One of our top pieces of feedback is that they want to user our Client and Care Management tools, but had only been able to do so for referrals they receive through our social care platform.
Now programs will be able to add referrals to their Inbound Referrals Dashboard, whether the person seeking services (Seeker) came in the front door, called on the phone, or contacted them some other way. This will also create a Seeker Profile if one didn’t exist before. Similarly, programs that have Screeners will have the option to fill them out for the Seeker they’re adding.
