3.23.21 - Language Preference in Inbound Referrals Dashboard
When a Seeker speaks a language other than English, Programs need to know that so they can provide services in that language if they’re able.
Now, when a people seeking services (Seekers) choose their preferred language on the Connect form, this will be visible to Programs in the Inbound Referral Dashboard!
This will be visible in the Person Inquiring column.
